Katherine MacRae is a member of Swainson Miki Peskett’s Corporate-Commercial practice group. Katherine was born and raised in Edmonton, earning her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta. After graduating from the University of Alberta Law School, Katherine went on to be called to the bar in Alberta in 1988.

Like Swainson Miki Peskett, Katherine is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and maintains a commitment to delivering value to clients. Katherine’s practice is built around her deep knowledge and breadth of experience. She specializes in tax-driven transactions, corporate-commercial work, and estate planning.
