This full-time position will provide administrative and legal support for lawyers in our Real Estate & Banking, Corporate, and Commercial Litigation practice areas.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

File Openings
Generating Monthly Billing Reports & Invoices
Reviewing Outstanding Accounts
Formatting Correspondence & Documents
Completing Tax & Property Searches
Assisting with Filing Needs

Eager to assist with new challenges & learn new skills regularly
Consistently displays attention to detail & exceptional organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Exhibits strong communication, inter-personal, & customer service skills

Qualifications include:

0-3 years of Legal Assistant Experience 
Legal Assistant Certificate
